You warrant that the content you provide does not violate laws and regulations, and does not infringe on the rights of others. You bear full responsibility for content you publish through Mepage.

You agree not to publish any of the following:

• Content that violates laws and regulations, including but not limited to politically sensitive, pornographic, gambling, or drug-related content
• Content that infringes on the intellectual property, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other lawful rights of others
• Harmful content such as fraud, pyramid schemes, or false advertising
• Other content that violates public order and good morals, or harms the public interest

Mepage uses an automated content moderation system to scan user-published content, to identify content that may violate laws, regulations, or these Terms.

The moderation mechanism includes:

• Keyword filtering: The system checks whether content contains preset sensitive keywords
• Violation flagging: For suspected violating content, the system flags it as pending review
• Content blocking: For clearly violating content, the system refuses to save and prompts the user to revise

Mepage reserves the right to perform manual review but does not guarantee manual review of all content. The moderation mechanism is solely a risk-control measure and does not represent the platform's endorsement of any content.

As a tool provider, Mepage may take the following measures to maintain service order:

• Remove or block content that violates these Terms
• Restrict or terminate service access for violating users
• Cooperate with judicial authorities in investigation and evidence collection

Mepage is not liable for:

• Any legal disputes or damages arising from user-published content
• Violating content that the moderation system fails to identify
• Third-party complaints or litigation caused by user content
